The Dublin Waste to Energy Community Gain Fund has announced the most recent round of grants awarded to the Ringsend-Irishtown-Sandymount Communities.
A total of €895,000 was granted across 31 different projects (from 47 applicants) with €503,000 granted to education and training programs and €280,000 to community-based initiatives.
Since the fund commenced, €12,000,000 has been awarded to these communities.
Dublin Waste to Energy Project Director Kieran Mullins said: "Congratulations to this round of successful applicants and we look forward to seeing their projects being developed over the next 12 months."
